Updating Names and Pronouns in My鲍鱼直播

Updating Names

  1. Log into .
  2. Select My鲍鱼直播 PeopleSoft
  3. Under "Menu" select Self Service
  4. Under 鈥淐ampus Personal Information", select Names
  5. Under the Names Tab, select 鈥淎dd a new name鈥�
  6. For 鈥淣ame Type鈥� select Preferred
  7. Type in your preferred name(s)
  8. Select today鈥檚 date for 鈥淒ate new name will take effect鈥�
  9. Click 鈥淪ave鈥�

Updating Pronouns

  1. Log into .
  2. Select My鲍鱼直播 PeopleSoft
  3. Under 鈥淐ampus Personal Information", select Names
  4. Select the Pronouns tab (far right)
  5. On the dropdown menu you will have 5 options:
    1. He/Him/His
    2. Not Listed
    3. She/Her/Hers
    4. They/Them/Theirs
    5. Use Name/Use Name/Use Name
      The dropdown box only offers the abilty to select one option. If you'd like to use more than one pronoun set, select Not Listed, and enter your pronouns as you would like them to appear (e.g. they/she, she/he/they, zir/she, etc.).
  6. Click Save
