EOP Town Hall takes place just before the start of classes and attendance is mandatory for all new and continuing EOP students, each semester.

At Town Hall, you will:

  • Receive important information about EOP requirements and expectations
  • Get updates on EOP and ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ resources that support your success
  • Connect with the EOP community and build meaningful relationships
  • EOP offers multiple ways to participate: attend in person, join via Zoom, or watch the webinar recording at a later time
Fall 2025 Town Hall

Tuesday, August 19, 2025
Session 1: 10:00am – 11:30am (In-person, Morris Dailey Auditorium)
Session 2: 2:00pm – 3:30pm (Virtual, Zoom)
 
* All new first-time, first-year (FTFY) and new Transfer students are required to attend Session 1, in-person
* New first-time, first-year (FTFY) are also required to attend the EOP Mentoring Meeting after Town Hall from 11:30am - 12:30pm
* Continuing (2nd year +) EOP students are welcome to attend either the in-person or virtual session
