Commencement RSVP form
Eligible Summer and Fall 2025 graduates will receive a Commencement RSVP email by mid-October. If you have not received one by October 20, 2025, please reach out to commencement@sjsu.edu with your name and student ID. Don't know your student ID number? Use the tool.
The deadline to register for Commencement participation is November 18th.
Emails will be sent to each students' "Preferred Email Address" on file with My鲍鱼直播, with a unique registration link for their ceremony. Please ensure your preferred email address is updated in My鲍鱼直播.
The Commencement RSVP form is required to attend Commencement. Note, this is different than the graduation application. Find out more about this on our FAQ page.
- Graduation Application: Required for ALL graduating students and is required to receive an invite to attend Commencement.
- Commencement RSVP: Only required for graduates wanting to attend their College/Department's Commencement Ceremony.
Guest Tickets
***The resale of commencement tickets is strictly prohibited. Any violations may be referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Ethical Development.***
Guest tickets can be claimed after completing the RSVP form. Once you have successfully completed the RSVP form, you will be emailed instructions on how to claim your tickets.
A Guest ticket is REQUIRED for all guests age three (3) and up. Students can claim up to four (4) guest tickets until November 18th, when registration closes.
Additional Guest Tickets* will be available for purchase starting November 19th for $25 per ticket and will be available until December 8th at 11:55 PM for ceremonies with remaining seating. Eligible graduates--please check your email for details. These are first come, first served and will be available on the ticketing website.
*Additional guest tickets - These are not guaranteed and may vary for each ceremony pending event capacity and registrations.
How to transfer your graduation tickets:
1. Visit https://sjsuspartans.evenue.net/. Click on the 鈥淪ign In鈥 button on the top right corner of your browser.
2. Enter the email address that is associated with the account that your tickets are on. If you enter an email address that is not associated with your ticket account, you will not see the tickets.
3. 鈥淎ccount Found鈥 tile will pop up if the email is valid. Click 鈥淪end Me a Code,鈥 and a 6-digit code will be sent to your email.
4. Enter your 6-digit code and create a password.
5. You鈥檒l be directed to the General Sales page. To access your tickets, you will click on the circle next to the 鈥淪ign Out鈥 button. This will lead you to the page where you access your tickets.
6. Click on 鈥淭ransfer.鈥
7. Select the tickets you would like to transfer. Click on 鈥淐ontinue鈥.
8. Enter the contact info for the recipient of your tickets. Once completed, click on 鈥淭ransfer Tickets鈥. Note, ticket recipient will need to download the app to access tickets.
