to individual degree programs. Graduate programs may require submission of additional
application materials.

research your program鈥檚 Degree Program Requirements below to verify if the graduate
program you applied for requires additional admission criteria separate from the Cal
State Apply application.
Submission of departmental requirements should occur after the submission of your
Cal State Apply application AND after you have activated your 鲍鱼直播One account.
Approximately 5-7 days after submission of your Cal State Apply application, you will
receive an email with the subject line 鈥淎ctivate 鲍鱼直播One鈥� containing your assigned
nine-digit 鲍鱼直播 ID#. You will be able to use the 鲍鱼直播 ID# to activate your 鲍鱼直播One
account. This will enable you to upload departmental requirements, if needed.
Important Submission Note: If the program you are applying to has different instructions
for submitting departmental application materials (i.e. in Cal State Apply鈥檚 Program
Materials section, to the department directly), please follow their specific instructions
and disregard this form. You should only follow and use the graduate program鈥檚 instructions
and deadlines for material submission.
